The Good Life Hustle will only review replacement or return requests if Product is missing, broken or with a print error, provided that it is caused by The Good Life Hustle. The Good Life Hustle is not responsible for incorrectly provided Customer information that result into lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the Costumer must cover the expenses.

Processing and Delivery Time

The Good Life Hustle has provided the average shipping times; however, the actual time may vary. The Good Life Hustle is not responsible for delays, lost packages or damage causes by a 3rd party, such as postal service. It is the responsibility of the Costumer to contact the postal service in case of any issues concerning shipment. The Good Life Hustle will provide a tracking code for this purpose. In special cases The Good Life Hustle might refund a lost package, thus the Costumer in a special case can contact support.

Once an order is confirmed, it is impossible to edit the information, thus contact us as soon as possible. We do not guarantee that we will manage to edit the changes.
